AUDIT SERVICE LLC was founded in 1997. On 30.01.2019, becoming a
member of the PKF international auditing organization network,
it was renamed PKF AUDIT SERVICE limited liability company.
On May 15, 1997 the Company got Banking N 008 and entrepreneurial
N 009 audit licenses by the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Armenia.
In 2001 it was re-licensed and got Auditing License № 006 from the
Auditing Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
Since January 1, 2020, the supervisory body for the qualification of audit organizations and auditing activities in the Republic of Armenia is the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia, where our Company has the appropriate registration, the registration link is attached: reestr.aaaa.am
